供应链管理经理的主要职责

(1) managing the entire material supply chain and costing management of the customers.
(2) Driving towards corporate goals and objective in maximizing the material margin and ensure value add to the company and customers.
(3) increasing the inventory turnover.
(4) Ensure system and tools standardize and full integration across entire company.
(5) Focal window for customer in terms of material management escalation, supply chain process flow and costing for products.
(6) Design and facilitate new supply chain process flow process to enhance the customer assurance towards the company as well as to create value add to the customer.
(7) New business negotiations and business contract discussion with new customer and existing customer for new projects.
(8) Detail analysis to determine accuracy of supply chain flow and decision making.
(9) Responsible for the Profit and Loss of the company in terms or material gain, ROI and grading of inventory value.
